Terms of Service

These terms outline how Edinburgh Managed Cleaning provides domestic and commercial cleaning services across Edinburgh. Specific pricing, frequency, access arrangements and scope of work are agreed in writing with each client before the first clean.

Scope of service

Cleaning is carried out to an agreed checklist. Additional tasks outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Cancellations and changes

We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Details are confirmed at the point of booking.

Access and safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the premises being cleaned. Any hazards should be flagged in advance.

Liability

We hold public liability insurance. Any concerns about a clean should be raised as soon as possible so we can review and address them.
